Mahmoud Hosseinabadi named the acid washing process optimization system as one of the key activities of this company and said: With access to the hot rolling process information, the thickness and microstructure of the oxide crust formed on the surface of the steel sheet can be predicted.

He clarified: In other words, by preparing software, it becomes possible to predict the thickness and structure of the oxide shell formed on the surface of the sheet without installing inspection equipment. The results of this software become the basis for the control system of acid washing operations.
