The success of organizations depends on the recruitment of efficient human resources
At the organization's periodic gathering, Imidro's managers emphasized on smartening up mines, recruiting and employing efficient human resources.
According to Imidro Public Relations, imidro's headquarters managers and subsidiaries at the periodic gathering of the organization's managers considered smart mines as a prerequisite for global competitiveness and emphasized on attracting and maintaining efficient manpower to achieve success in the organization.
Amir Khorrami Shad, deputy of planning and empowerment of Imidro at the meeting, stressed: "Although maintaining good and efficient manpower in the organization is important, the importance of maintaining and maintaining the satisfaction of experts, which is the duty of their direct managers, should not be neglected. According to him, today experts are the internal customers of the organization that managers should provide a suitable environment for their capabilities.

Majid Vafaeifard, expressing the challenges of the 4th generation of industry and the approaches of the fifth generation of the Industrial Revolution, added: "In this generation, the elimination of human resources is not considered, but new skills must be accessed. According to him, the center is well-off with its capacity to discuss sustainable development alongside the mining and mining sectors. Also, paying attention to the strategic elements that are the main base of the 4th generation and the 5th generation of the Industrial Revolution is of particular importance.
Gholamreza M0latahari, director of education, research and technology at Imidro, pointed to the fourth industrial revolution and smartening up the mines, noting that smart mines start from exploration and go to processing in the factory.



Imidro is signing a memorandum of understanding between the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to start smartening up the mines.
According to him, 5 strategies and 27 programs have been defined in this regard. Imidro also plans to key the pilot project for green steel production in the country.
Amir Ali Taherzadeh, Managing Director of IMPASCOat the Imidro Managers Forum said: "Currently, the mining sector of the country uses 2rd generation technology, which in order to be competitive and keep pace with the high speed of globalization, we need to increase productivity in different sectors and use 4th generation technology.

He continued: If the steel industry wants to be competitive, it should pay attention to the industrial revolution of the 4th generation and the cost because energy consumption is less than the results of intelligentization in the mines.
He said: Impasco has signed memorandums of understanding with 19 universities to guide theses to artificial intelligence. Also, the call for identification of ideas in different sectors, the establishment of monitoring system as a small pilot in the lead and zinc complex of Anguran is another activity of the company in order to achieve intelligent mines.
Production of green steel  by 2025

Babak Ashja, managing director of Iritec also announced the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between Irasco, Iritec and Mobarakeh Steel Complex to achieve green steel production by 2025.
On the other hand, Farid Dehghan, director of the Investment Insurance Fund of the Mining and Mining Industries Sector, said: "In the field of knowledge-based with the cooperation of The National Iranian Steel Company, we are finalizing the project in the steel industry.In addition, we want to participate in supporting knowledge-based projects in line with the slogan of 1401.

At the meeting, Imidro's deputies and managers emphasized on recruiting and training specialized manpower for the mining and mining industries.
