According to the statistics provided by the Iranian Steel Producers Association, from the beginning of this year to the end of October, sponge iron production had the largest increase in production by 19 percent and against it, the lowest increase was the total amount of steel flat sections, which was  12 percent.

In total, during this period, the steel flat sections produced equal to 5 million and 314 thousand tons have been registered, which has grown by 12 percent compared to 4 million and 774 thousand tons produced during the first half of 1400.
